Alisa Peterson joined McCullough and Associates in 2021 and is our Business Manager. She has over 25 years of experience in the retail/hardware industry and is responsible for customer and vendor billing inquiries, bookkeeping, marketing, and customer service. She also provides additional support for our key retail customers

Steve joined our firm in 1983 and serves as our Office Manager. Steve handles our office operations. Steve’s responsibilities include customer service, pricing, order entry, and inventory control of warehoused items.
Matt Walk

Matt joined the company in August of 2019. Matt has over 20 years of service and merchandising experience as a manufacturers’ representative and most recently as store manager in the hardware industry. Matt coordinates merchandising & service and assists in other agency activities .
